My Journey So Far..

Headshot.PNG

A New Mexico native who in 2022 moved, put down roots in Chicago, and began anew.

After studying cultural anthropology and working in several industries including as a cook in Napa and an owner of a therapeutic massage practice, I was feeling unsatisfied and lost. I kept coming back to the desire to “help people solve problems”. In 2015, through happenstance I took a 40 hour mediation training and then a facilitation intensive. That’s when I really found my wings.

Since then, I received my M.S. in Conflict Resolution from the University of Oregon School of Law and put those skills to work in a variety of settings: individuals, non-profits, small businesses, government entities, start-ups and Big Tech.

The overarching focus of my work is helping people get connected to their goals and developing a road map for navigating to it - this can take the form of skills trainings, organizational assessments, facilitation, event design, mediation and/or conflict coaching.

We work together to help you pause, reflect, re-center and move forward towards your own north star.
